- The L12 Max tube laser system is equipped with automatic or semi-automatic loading systems for tubes up to 6,500 mm in length and unloading systems for tubes up to 6,000 mm in length.
- Tubes with a round cross-section ranging from 10 to 120 mm in diameter can be processed.
- The system is controlled by CNC FSCUT3000DE.
- The machine is equipped with two self-centring chucks that clamp the tube and support it during cutting operations.
Advantages
- Automatic or semi-automatic beam loading: optional configuration of a machine with automatic or semi-automatic tube feeding to achieve complete automation of the entire process, from material loading to cutting for mass production of tubes.
- Zero scrap material cutting: the central spindle is equipped with sliding rollers on one side and clamping claws on the other. In addition, it can move back and forth relative to the cutting head, allowing for zero scrap material cutting.
- High efficiency: the maximum acceleration of the spindle feed is 2G, while the spindle rotation speed is 200 rpm.
- The loading cycle for a single tube takes only 8 seconds, the fastest among similar products. This improves the machining efficiency of the machine.
- Servo-motorised support device: for the loading and unloading part, all floating supports are servo-motorised.
- Convenient: compact and integrated design, with a small footprint of components that reduces transport and usage costs.
- Flexible: optional with 3D head.
