TwinBend is a double-head tube bender suitable for simultaneously performing two bends on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium tubes or profiles.

This system is available in two sizes and in different configurations with up to eight controlled axes, depending on the customer’s needs.

The loading and unloading of tubes and profiles is performed manually or by means of a linear or anthropomorphic robot, allowing the system to be configured to suit your production needs.

Everything is controlled by a simple and intuitive interface via an operator panel for performing the various bending cycles.

TwinBend can also be implemented with some additional processes, including automatic punching.
