Unit
PUNCHING
The punching unit is the ideal machine for drilling holes in tubes and profiles made of any type of material, from iron and stainless steel to aluminium. On request, punching units capable of creating multiple holes simultaneously can be manufactured.
The holes can have different characteristics: through holes with deformation on the punch entry side, with deformation on both sides, with opposing punches, blind holes excluding a punch, through or non-through holes, without deformation using a core, and multiple holes at a selected centre distance, which make multiple holes simultaneously.

Unit
FLATTENING
Our flattening unit performs flattening of any shape and type on iron pipes, stainless steel and many other materials. Furthermore, while flattening is being performed, it is possible to simultaneously punch and shear the pipe at the head.
The dimensional calculations of the structure and the use of high-quality materials allow our machine to withstand the high stresses required for this type of machining. If the tube thicknesses are greater than 2.5 / 3 mm, the unit will be designed with two cylinders: one for flattening and one for punching and shearing at the head of the tube.

Unit
ENDFORMING
Reducing units are ideal machines for reducing and enlarging diameters in order to couple different pipes and profiles. It is also possible to create independent work stations mounted on structures equipped with a hydraulic power unit and safety guards.
Tube deformation can be carried out on iron, stainless steel, aluminium and other materials and can be of various types:
- Folding, which is used for stair pipes, gas pipes and nautical pipes
- Bending, which is used for domestic radiator pipes

Unit
NOTCHING
MTS notching units are the ideal machines for making notches at the end of a tube where it needs to be coupled to another profile. The operations can be performed on iron, stainless steel, aluminium and many other materials.
The classic unit is used to perform notching with the punch entering on one side and exiting on the opposite side, while in cases where notching without deformation is required, a unit that works from the inside of the tube with an outward cut is used.

Unit
CUTTING
The cutting units are used with symmetrical tubes made of iron, stainless steel or aluminium, which are processed simultaneously to obtain two pieces in a single operation or to trim the end part.
The classic machine cuts the tube using a single blade, while a locking cylinder can be used in addition to the cutting cylinder for processing tubes with special shapes. Finally, to prevent deformation of the blade entry, a special cutting unit equipped with a pre-cutting blade can be provided.

Unit
BENDING
Bending units are used with iron, stainless steel or aluminium tubes or profiles and are used to perform bends ranging from a few degrees up to a maximum of 90°.
The classic unit is usually used in combination with other punching or flattening units to complete or perform bends that would be too costly to achieve with linear CN tube benders. In addition, they are often used after a bending process on CN machines to complete the bends and avoid having to make overly expensive equipment or slow down the bending cycle.
